I was told that a box of perm papers that you use to perm your hair would work as oil blotting sheets.. is this true.. i would like to know b/c i have really oily skin and the clean and clear blotting sheets get really expensive ... if the perm papers do work how much is a box and where can i get some

I don't know if they work, but at Sally the price ranges from $2.50 to $25. If they don't work, CVS and other drugstores are making their own brand of oil-blotting sheets which are less expensive than the Clean and Clear brand. You should also look in your local beauty supply stores, because some brands have a lot more sheets in a box than others, and you can find a better price that way.
