Should I not use an exfoliator everyday?
I clean my face everyday, morning and night..i dont wear makeup everyday, and make sure when i do I take it off before going to bed.
I use Witch 'exfoliating' face wash twice a day..is this bad for my skin? Sometimes maybe I think i could be washing off valuable skin oils that prevent me getting spots. Cos I get lots of spots still! It just doesnt seem to make sense. Ive just bought some Liz Earle Young skin regime.. has anyone used this? Could I be exfoliating too much?
Answer:
depending on the strength of the exfoliator it might be alright but i wouldn't exfoliate more than twice a week in case i was washing away at the new layers of skin. cleanse and tone and moisturise every night but no need to exfoliate everyday, you don't have that much dead skin!
