Ways to bleach facial and arm hair?
I have some dark hairs above my lip and on my arms.i need to bleach them. Is there a way to bleach them without using a commercial bleaching brand? I have tried commercial hair bleach, but on my arms, it also bleaches my skin, so i have a line where i stop on my arm. I don't want my skin color to go away, just hair color! Is there a natural way to bleach?
