Absolutely not. Medicaid is to help low income families get dental care for their children. It is for basic needs, emergencies, and to repair problems. Bleaching doesn't meet any of these criteria. It is purely cosmetic. Medicaid, nor any type of "insurance", will cover it.
Personally, I believe that a person who expects it to, is abusing the system. People with Medicaid are lucky they have any type of help with their dental needs. Many people have no help with theirs at all.
