I know I had "foggy periods" which I couldn't understand and after having a Blood Test, I discovered I had hypothyroidism.
If it involves your brain, it may be a little more complicated. However, don't take it as a personal deficit or think you're nuts because just like the physical body, our brain has functions that can sometimes "mis-fire." I wish people wouldn't equate the brain with "craziness" while it's acceptable to have physical ailments.
