Sun Damage Causes Fine Lines And Age Spots
When I was in my teens, I studiously avoided the sun. I wanted to cultivate my "pale" as much as some people cultivate their tan. We didn't really have sunblock then, but I simply avoided the sun as much as I could. Aside from being linked to skin cancer, sun damage can cause wrinkles, age spots, uneven and blotchy skin tones, and can make you look older. Now, I'm so thankful for that. But despite not seeking a tan, I can see the cumulative effects of sun damage on my skin.
Bliss Sleeping Peel was formulated by a skincare doctor to help fight off the effects of sun damage and aging. It is formulated to gently slough away dead skin cells on the surface of the skin, to lighten dark spots, and minimize the appearance of fine lines and pores. It's like an at-home dermabrasion kit!
Using Bliss Sleeping Peel every night for 14 days has made a real difference in how soft my skin feels. I look like I have a glow, even without my foundation on. It helps apply moisturizer more evenly. My skin tone is evening out and looks more glowing and fresh.
I can't use mechanical exfoliation on my sensitive skin. Even gentle microbeads will make my skin get red and flakey. Chemical exfoliation might sound more harsh, but in reality glycolic acid or AHA provides a very gentle exfoliation effect. Bliss Sleeping Peel is working well for me. Bliss Sleeping Peel has two primary ingredients:
1) Alpha Amino-Acid Exfoliants or AFA, is as effective as glycolic acid, but less likely to irritate the skin or cause redness. AFA can be used on sensitive skin.
2) Anti-oxidants like Vitamin C will help make your skin lighter and make it looks brighter while also helping build up collagen. Vitamin C also helps reduce the appearance of fine lines. Aside from helping to repair existing damage, Vitamin C may also help to reduce future sun damage.
